When course content materially differs from what was advertised in the program description, you're eligible for a full refund. This includes missing modules, outdated materials not updated as promised, or significant changes to curriculum after enrollment.
What Happens After a Refund

- Your access to course materials and platforms will be immediately revoked
- Any certificates or credentials issued will be invalidated
- You'll be removed from cohort communication channels and discussion forums
- Downloaded materials should be deleted per our terms of use

Re-enrollment After Refund
If you decide to return to veloryntiva after receiving a refund, you're welcome to enroll again. Previous enrollment discounts or promotional pricing won't apply, and you'll start fresh with the current program structure.
