Course Content Discrepancies

When course content materially differs from what was advertised in the program description, you're eligible for a full refund. This includes missing modules, outdated materials not updated as promised, or significant changes to curriculum after enrollment.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, several things occur automatically:

  • Your access to course materials and platforms will be immediately revoked
  • Any certificates or credentials issued will be invalidated
  • You'll be removed from cohort communication channels and discussion forums
  • Downloaded materials should be deleted per our terms of use
  • Your enrollment records will be updated to reflect the refund status
  • You may re-enroll in future programs at standard pricing

Re-enrollment After Refund

If you decide to return to veloryntiva after receiving a refund, you're welcome to enroll again. Previous enrollment discounts or promotional pricing won't apply, and you'll start fresh with the current program structure. We do track refund patterns, and multiple refund requests may affect future enrollment approval.

This refund policy applies to all veloryntiva programs purchased directly through our website. Third-party marketplace purchases may have different refund terms governed by those platforms.
